On this page in Dine sider you have to answer yes or no to the question if you want to have online communication with Lånekassen.
You have to choose either "Ja" or "Nei". If you choose "Ja", you have to provide your e-mail address and/or your telephone number.
"Ja" means: Yes, I consent to online communication. By agreeing to online communication you will receive the following on Dine sider:
- Information on the progress of your application
- Information on payment of student loan and/or study grant
- Certain letters of decision
- Information letters
The State Educational Loan Fund does not share sensitive information online.
You will receive an SMS or e-mail when we have posted a letter for you on Dine sider. You will receive letters of decision as ordinary mail if you do not log on and read your letter online within one week. You can withdraw your consent at any time at ”Din profil” at Dine sider.
"Nei" means: No, I do not agree to online communication. Saying no to electronic communication means that you will not receive electronic information about case processing or payment of grants and/or loans. You will receive all letters and information as ordinary mail.
If you answer "Ja", you also have to select the box "Jeg godtar Lånekassens vilkår for elektronisk kommunikasjon". by doing so, you accept Lånekassens conditions for online communication. More about the conditions.
