An individual decision can be appealed to the Loan Fund's Appeal Board pursuant to the rules of Chapter VI of the Public Administration Act (Norw.: Forvaltningsloven). The deadline for appeals is three weeks from the date on which notice of the result of the processing arrives.
The appeal shall:
- be in writing and be sent to the Loan Fund
- be signed by the appellant him/herself, or by a person authorised by him/her
- specify the decision that is being appealed
- specify the change that is desired.
