Appeal over the result of processing

An individual decision can be appealed to the Loan Fund's Appeal Board pursuant to the rules of Chapter VI of the Public Administration Act (Norw.: Forvaltningsloven). The deadline for appeals is three weeks from the date on which notice of the result of the processing arrives.

The appeal shall:

• be in writing and be sent to the Loan Fund
• be signed by the appellant him/herself, or by a person authorised by him/her
• specify the decision that is being appealed
• specify the change that is desired.
