MinID

Use MinID - common log in for public services to log in to Dine sider and get information about your loan and grants.

  • You have to use MinID in order to log on to the online application for grants and loan for 2009-2010. The application is available in English.
  • You have to use MinID to log on to your personal pages Dine sider. All information at Dine sider is in Norwegian.

Never used MinID before

If you have not previously used MinID, you must register as a new user by following the link on the right-hand side of the log-in window. Please select "Not registered? Register as a new user" if you have chosen the log-in window in English.

No codes

To register with MinID, you need codes that are printet on a PIN code sheet issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten).

The codes ares sent to the adresse you are registered with in the Norwegian National Registry Office (folkeregisteret). It is also important that the same address is registered with Posten.

If you do not have your access codes to MinID, you can order new codes that will be sent you in the mail.

  • Click on the "Order PIN codes" link in the right-hand menu of the log-in page. You will then be linked to the Tax Administration's ordering pages for PIN codes (Skatteetaten, in Norwegian only). To order codes you enter your Norwegian personal identification number.
  • Alternatively, you can ring the Norwegian Tax Administration on telephone 800 80 000. If you are calling from abroad, please ring the Tax Administration on telephone numer +47 22 07 70 00.

How to use MinID

Once you have registered as a MinID user, it is quite simple to use MinID to log on to Dine sider.

To log in to Dine sider you have to

  1. Click on the Logg inn-button to the right on this page
  2. Follow the instructions to log in
  3. Enter you personla identification number ("fødselsnummer" in Norwegian) and your self-selected password in the log-in window
  4. Users that have requested single-use codes via SMS, vill be sent 5-character codes. Enter the single-use code
